My guess is the issue is a missed configuration. Try checking the database logs and see if if it helps.
ZigbeeExplorer: Completely agree — I had the same issue and got it working by updating the driver. Took me longer than expected that parameter.

Quick note: Zigbee routing was deprecated in version 2024.6. Use Thread instead now.
